Does your immigration fee include visa fees?
No, our fees do not include Immigration New Zealand (INZ) fees. Our charges cover the legal services we provide, but any fees required by INZ for visa applications or other services are separate. We will guide you on these fees and ensure you are informed about all associated costs throughout the process.
Are there payment options?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options for our clients. We accept direct debit and credit card payments to cater to different preferences. Generally, we invoice progressively as the case advances rather than requiring a lump sum payment upfront. This approach provides a more manageable way for our clients to handle legal expenses, as payments are aligned with the services provided throughout the course of the case.
Do you issue refunds?
We do not normally issue any refunds if a case is not successful. Our role is to provide expert legal representation and to advocate for our clients’ interests to the best of our abilities.
